1. Information we collect

• Account information: your email address and authentication credentials, handled by our authentication provider (see §3).
• Content you create or upload: scripts, prompts, images, audio, video, and any source material (e.g., a reference video or file) you provide, stored so you can reopen and continue your projects.
• Payment information: handled entirely by Stripe. We never receive or store your full card number.
• Usage data: how you interact with the Service (pages visited, features used, credits consumed), used to operate, secure, and improve the product.
• Connected-account data: if you connect a third-party account (e.g., YouTube), the minimum access needed for the feature you enabled (e.g., publishing a video, reading channel analytics).

2. How we use it

To provide the Service you sign up for: generate the content you request, store your projects, process payments, secure your account, communicate with you about your account or purchases, and improve the product. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your content to train AI models.

3. Who we share it with

This list was compiled directly from the Service's source code and infrastructure, not estimated — it names every third party that actually processes your data, and only those that do.

Core infrastructure (all accounts):

• Supabase — authentication, database, and file storage for your account and content.
• Stripe — payment processing for subscriptions and credit purchases.
• Lovable — as of this policy's effective date, the Service's database and backend run on infrastructure provisioned through Lovable's platform, and the application itself is built and deployed via Lovable. A migration to infrastructure directly controlled by AFE International LLC is in progress; this policy will be updated when it completes.

AI providers that generate content on your behalf, when you use that feature:

• OpenAI — script/text generation, standard voice narration, image generation, and audio transcription.
• Anthropic — natural-language edit commands in the video editor.
• ElevenLabs — premium ("Studio") voice narration.
• Runway — AI-generated video clips.

Only if you connect or use that specific feature:

• YouTube / Google — if you connect a YouTube account to publish videos or view channel analytics.
• Dropbox — if you import media from Dropbox.
• Google Drive — if you import media from Google Drive.

Operational tooling:

We may enable error-monitoring and product-analytics services to help keep the Service reliable and understand how it's used, built to strip secrets, tokens, and sensitive fields before anything is sent. This policy will name any such service specifically once it is actually enabled and receiving data.

We also disclose information when required by law, to enforce our Terms of Service, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of AFE International LLC, our users, or others.

4. Data retention

We retain your account and content for as long as your account is active, so you can return to your projects. If you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal information and content within a reasonable period, except where we're required to retain records (for example, transaction records for tax or legal purposes) or where data persists briefly in backups before rotating out.

5. Your rights

You can access, correct, export, or delete your account and content at any time through the Service, or by contacting us. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law; contact us and we'll address your request.

6. Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your information, including encrypted storage and access controls limiting who can read your data. No method of storage or transmission is perfectly secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.

7. Children's privacy

The Service is not directed to, and not intended for use by, anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the Service changes, particularly as the infrastructure migration noted in §3 progresses. We'll update the effective date above when we do.
