These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Viral Video Forge (the "Service"), provided by AFE International LLC ("we," "us," "our"), a company located at 1150 45 Street, Brooklyn, NY 11219. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
Viral Video Forge is an AI-assisted short-form video production tool. It helps you write scripts, generate voiceovers, create visuals, assemble video, and prepare content for publishing to third-party platforms. Some features use third-party AI providers to generate content on your behalf — see our Privacy Policy for exactly which ones.
You need an account to use the Service. You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials secure. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account. One account per person — account sharing, credential sharing, or creating multiple accounts to bypass free-tier limits or credit caps is prohibited and may result in suspension.
Paid plans and one-time credit packs are billed through Stripe. Credit amounts, what they buy, and expiry rules are described on the pricing page and the credits page — those pages, not this one, are the source of truth for current pricing and what a given plan or pack includes, since that changes more often than these Terms.
Refunds and cancellation. If a generation fails, the credits it would have cost are automatically returned to your account — you are not charged for failures. Subscription charges and purchased credit packs are otherwise non-refundable, except where required by applicable law. You may cancel a subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you keep access until then.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section, with or without notice, depending on severity.
You retain ownership of the scripts, media, and video you create using the Service, subject to the rights of any underlying third-party content you supply (e.g., a reference video, image, or footage you upload) and the terms of the third-party AI providers used to generate content on your behalf. You're responsible for having the rights to any source material you upload, and for how you use the content the Service produces. We don't claim ownership of your content, and we don't use it to train AI models.
Content produced by the Service is generated by AI and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your intended use, including factual claims made in generated scripts. Review generated content before publishing it. The Service is not a substitute for professional advice of any kind (legal, medical, financial, or otherwise), and nothing generated through it should be treated as such.
If you connect a third-party account (for example, to publish or import content), your use of that platform is governed by its own terms, separate from ours. We're not responsible for the availability, content, or policies of third-party platforms or AI providers the Service relies on.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any content it produces will achieve any particular result (views, engagement, revenue, or otherwise).
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AFE International LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim arose.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for violating these Terms, non-payment, or as required by law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, governing law) continue to apply after your account ends.
We may update these Terms as the Service changes. If we make a material change, we'll update the effective date above. Continuing to use the Service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in New York.
